Bob joined Woodward in August of 2003 after working in commercial real estate in Florida for many years. He spent four years with Arvida, a premiere developer of homes, condominiums, regional shopping centers, specialty centers and industrial buildings in Boca Raton, Sarasota and Miami, Florida. Bob had his own company, Aggressive Associates, Inc., for ten years, specializing in the sale of real estate and leasing of first-class office and retail space in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa, Florida markets. His company did the leasing for Sarasota Quay, a 285,000 sq. ft. multi-use project consisting of 200,000 sq. ft. of specialty retail space and 85,000 sq. ft. of class "A", high-rise office space. Bob graduated from the University of Evansville where he played football and baseball for the Purple Aces. He has a daughter, Amy, who lives and works in Colorado Springs, Colorado as the National Sales Manager for Smart Socks and was recently married. He is active in the Downtown Rotary Club and the Green River Road Kiwanis Club of Evansville. | |
