Chris has been involved in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate since 1996. He has been involved in the brokerage/advising services since 2001. Chris earned a BS in City and Regional Planning with a Minor in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. His background in/with urban planning and design, land use, economic development, zoning, construction, various governmental boards, public policy and property research present a strong combination of skills to the commercial real estate industry. In Spring 2003, Chris became a licensed Broker for the state of Indiana. In spring of 2007, Chris received his CCIM designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 8,600 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation. Only 6% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. Chris is involved in the Evansville community as a member of the Board of Directors of Downtown Evansville, Inc. and Young Evansville Professionals (YEP). Chris is affiliated professionally with CCIM, ICSC (International Council of
Shopping Centers), NAR (National Association of Realtors), and ICBR (Indiana
Commercial Board of Realtors). Chris lives on the east side of Evansville with wife, Kelly, daughter, Kate and son, Quinn. | |
