Jim Riordan joined the Woodward team in 1999. Jim Earned his Salesperson License in 1995 and his Brokers license in 1998. Jim also Graduated from USI in 1996.

For eight years prior to working with Woodward, Jim was the Managing Partner of Three Amigos Investment Group, which owned several properties including The Hilliard Lyons Building and Riverside One. Jim currently owns and operates Western Hills Apartments on Evansville's West Side.

Jim brings much experience to the table for his clients, and will represent them in the same fashion as he would represent himself. Since joining Woodward, Jim has sold and leased office buildings, multi-family housing, farms and hotels.

Jim and his wife Kim have 4 children - Grant, Marissa, Hallie and Ella. They are members of Resurrection Catholic Church. Jim and his family enjoy traveling and camping.
