Kristin Dannheiser is an experienced agent; having worked with clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1994. Her motivation during her long history in sales has been the many challenges of working with all types of businesses and individuals.

Her specialties range from leasing and selling investment property to selling commercial land and business park developments.  She also enjoys multifamily investments and has experience in business brokerage.  Along with an Indiana Real Estate license, she also holds a license in Kentucky to further benefit her clients.

Kristin is involved in several community and not-for-profit organizations. Her commitment to the community as well as her decision to join an aggressive agency such as Woodward has lead to a successful career in Commercial Real Estate.  Her success is based on the belief of dedication to every client and every transaction.

Kristin is married to Erik Ripper, who is Associate Director of Technology Assets at American General Finance. They live in Newburgh with daughters, Hadley, a Junior at Indiana University, and Berkley, who is a Fifth grader at St. John the Baptist in Newburgh.
