Rick began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1979 in the Southern California market, in and around San Diego. In Southern California his specific area of experience was leasing high and medium rise buildings in the central business district. Rick also has experience in asset and property management. Prior to his Commercial Real Estate career, Rick was with Xerox Corporation for 10 years – the last two years at Xerox were spent as a National Account Manager for Hughes aircraft and the TRW Corporation. Rick has been with Woodward Commercial Realty, Inc. for eight years. The majority of his experience at Woodward has been in leasing, land and building sales as well as site location for major retailers. Rick and wife Becky live in Newburgh. His son, Michael, and wife, Shana, live in Bloomington. | |
