One aspect that sets Woodward Commercial Realty Inc., apart from the crowd is our ability to design and build custom facilities for lease to our clients. We have built and currently lease facilities ranging from manufacturing plants and warehousing to class "A" office space and retail centers.

All work on these custom facilities is performed by our own construction company. One very important, but often overlooked aspect of this arrangement, is that we are constructing a building which will represent you for years to come.
