Evan is the Owner and President of Woodward Commercial Realty, Inc. and Woodward Development and Construction, Inc. Previously, he was Vice President of Development and Partner at the firm. He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana and is active on several of the Chambers committees. He also serves on the Board and as an Executive Committee Member of the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana. Evan fills his passion for the future of I-69 by serving on the Board of Directors of Hoosier Voices for I-69 and by acting as a liason between Hoosier Voices and C-Link (a 12 Chamber coalition serving Northwestern Kentucky). Evan is on the Old National Bank Community Advisory Board of Directors – Evansville Region, as well as, a member of the Board of Directors for the Dunigan Family YMCA.

Steve joined Woodward Commercial Realty as Vice President and Owner of Woodward Development and Construction in October 2001, with over 35 years of construction and development experience. Steve previously owned and operated a commercial construction company. Today he manages Woodward Commercial Realty’s build-to-suit/lease projects and personnel.

Julie is Executive Administrator for Woodward Commercial Realty. She joined the Woodward team in May 2001. With over 10 years’ experience in management and sales, Julie works closely with commercial agents on real estate transactions, and provides support to the executive team.

Reg oversees the care of Woodward Commercial Realty tenants, and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable. She joined the company in 1995, and in 1999 she became overseer of the Woodward Development and Construction account.

Roger is Senior Construction Manager for Woodward Development and Construction, Inc. He has been involved with commercial real estate construction for more than 20 years. Roger has a wide range of contracting experience and has worked on a variety of building projects including industrial, residential, and retail.
