Morley & Associates, Inc recently
completed the relocation of its headquarters to Interstate Office Park (IOP). Lots 12, 13 and 14 were purchased from Woodward Development in April 2004. The land totals just over two acres and includes
site improvements consisting of a 15,200 sq. ft. Class "A" office
building. The facility is designed to expand to up to 30,100 sq. ft.
for future growth.
"I am extremely excited and happy to have the opportunity to help relocate Evansville's revered engineering firm to IOP," said Evan Beck, President of Woodward.

Morley and Associates is a civil engineering, land surveying,
architecture and construction management firm which has over 50
employees. Morley has been serving the tri-state area for over 25
years and specializes in private development, flood studies, surveys
and commercial architecture. "Working with Woodward on the purchase of our property went very well and as expected," said Jim Morley, Jr., Project Manager
for Morley, "It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Beck and the Woodward team."
