Parkway Crossing is a new commercial subdivision being developed by Parkway Crossing, LLC with Woodward Development and Construction, Inc. located at the southeast corner of the Edward T. Breathitt Parkway (formerly the Pennyrile Parkway) and Island Ford Road (KY Hwy 281) in Madisonville, Kentucky.
This new subdivision is in the heart of the fastest growing area in Madisonville offering tremendous visibility and access. Parkway Crossing offers over 17 acres of commercially zoned property with all necessary utilities on site. In the Summer of 2005, Woodward Development
