The facility is designed to accommodate 65 of the Internet, cable
and telephone-service provider's employees who make up SIGECOM's
technical operations.
Within 16 months
company officials say they expect to break ground for the expansion
program's Phase 2, which will include the addition of administrative
offices and a call center at the business park site.
The operations center
and Phase 2 will total in excess of $5 million, according to Mark
Deckard, SIGECOM's director of outside operations.
