Evansville Federal Credit Union (EFCU) occupies 1,500 sq. ft of the building. Evansville Federal Credit Union will also utilize two drive-thru lanes at the east end of the building and have an ATM machine for client convenience.  The Evansville Federal Credit Union opened for business August 1, 2005.

The remaining space in Weston Plaza was occupied in September of 2005 by St. Mary's Convenient Care.  St. Mary's Convenient Care is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week to offer care for minor emergencies, work-related injuries, many routine procedures, and offers on-site radiology and lab services.
